Honest. Passionate.\nStream Datacenters (SDC) Corporate Security is seeking a highly talented and motivated Security Systems Technician to join our team. This role will help maintain, manage, and provide support for all Stream Data Center-owned electronic security systems focusing on the PHX campus in Goodyear. The SDC Corporate Security department specifies purchases, configures, and maintains all electronic security equipment in house.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nRemote and onsite troubleshooting of physical security systems for all Stream DC locations.\nLifecycle management of support requests from onsite Security and Operations personnel.\nIn-Bound call management of all critical ACS, VMS and Security system issues.\nDocumentation management of all current security policies and assisting development of procedures for full Security system programming and other Security related applications.\nAssist with project management deliverables for all security system installations and upgrades.\nMonitor and maintain existing SDC Security systems functionality with maximum up time.\nGenerate system reports for customers and to support internal SDC needs.\nLifecycle management of all physical security system endpoint devices.\nRetrieve approved video footage as required for legal, law enforcement, or operational review.\nAssist in managing all security-related vendors for installations, ongoing service, and repairs to ensure timelines are met.\nDocument all critical evolutions and lessons learned to ensure efficiency gains in processes.\nAssist in developing SDC Security Systems End User Training Documents and Videos.\nProvide remote commissioning support for new design builds and construction deliverables.\nProvide support to SDC Compliance for SOC2 and PCI auditing initiatives. \nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS / (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES):\n2+ Years of Physical Security Technology or Operational experience.\nTraining and experience with Access Control Systems and Digital Monitoring Products. \nLenelS2 Certification preferred or end user experience.\nMilestone VMS Certification is preferred or end user experience.\nWorking knowledge of electronic Key Management applications. \nBasic knowledge of networks and Windows server machines.\nBasic knowledge of utilizing ticketing systems for tracking and triaging of support issues.\nBasic Computer Skills (MS Office and Outlook)\nAble to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.\nStrong communication skills (verbally and written).\nTravel is expected to be approximately 20%.\nRole will support PHX Campus primarily but support other Datacenter markets remotely.\nBenefits\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)\nShort Term & Long Term Disability\nTraining & Development\nWellness Resources\nThe pay range for this role is between $75,000 - $85,000 (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
