Additionally, Stream sources and develops low-risk land sites for optimum data center development and provides energy procurement services with a focus on reducing market risk and providing low-cost renewable energy options.\nThe Stream Data Centers finance team is responsible for the controllership of each data center location as well as corporate expenses. We are responsible for forecasting and managing revenue, operating and capital expenses. We work very closely with our business partners out in the field as well as our internal property and corporate accounting teams. Passionate.\nResponsibilities:\nReport monthly spending, and forecast commitments against leasing/rent, operating expenses including headcount budgets, and capital expenses.\nReview and approve Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable items as well as preparing aging reports on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure proper cash flow is captured in a timely manner.\nProvide clear analyses on anomalies or changes in the portfolio to the currently forecasted plan. Support quarter, annual, and ad-hoc planning cycles using corporate goals, historical actual data, and future commitment data.\nBuild, analyze, and audit capital draw reporting for JV partners and debt facilitators.\nDrive quarter, annual, and ad-hoc planning cycles using corporate goals, historical actual data, and future commitment data.\nWork closely with property accounting on monthly accruals and variance analysis.\nPartner with operations leaders to drive towards financial goals.\nLead Continuous improvement activities on monthly reporting process to make it faster, more accurate, and provide new information.\nRequirements\nBasic Qualifications:\nAbility to work from our Dallas Headquarters two to three times a week. \n1-3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a finance-supporting function\n1-3 years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable\nExperience with Yardi, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms\nExperience handling large numbers of charges, contracts, and accounts\nStrong proficiency in Excel, including modeling and data analysis\nFamiliarity with contract payment terms\nStrong attention to accuracy and completeness\nHigh degree of comfort with P&L and Balance Sheet concepts\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity\nPreferred Qualifications:\n1-3 years of experience with Property Accounting\nAdvanced Excel skills (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets)\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics\nBenefits\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)\nShort Term & Long Term Disability\nTraining & Development\nWellness Resources\nThe pay range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000 (base). Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
