Additionally, Stream sources and develops low-risk land sites for optimum data center development and provides energy procurement services with a focus on reducing market risk and providing low-cost renewable energy options.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nStream Data Centers is looking for a highly organized and results-driven leader, manager, advocate, and collaborator to build, manage, and lead project delivery as required on Steam Data Centers (SDC) deployments. The primary function of this role will be to administer Data Center projects in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and organizational guidelines.\nThe Sr. Project Manager, Construction is expected to collaborate with the design, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and compliant delivery of projects within one or more campuses. This role is responsible for the successful outcome of each project, shall oversee and lead the project team in project execution, and lead other duties as required and/or assigned.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nActively participates in Preconstruction efforts to align design, scope of work, and estimates with current Stream metrics and goals. \nLeads project team with procurement of qualified contractors and vendors to provide the quality services and product Stream Data Centers expects.\n·Manages and adheres to Development Agreements between Stream Data Centers and Tenant and ensures project compliance with contractual agreements.\nActs as primary Tenant Interface for communications, contractual obligations and requirements, and project coordination.\nCompliance with the project Quality Assurance and Control program\nOwnership of project budget and change management process\nProject Schedule adherence \nCreation of Development Agreement Amendments, Change Orders, and Modifications\nScope of work and pricing for all contracted vendors for accuracy and compliance with executed agreements\nVerifies as-builts are up to date and accurate.\nGeneral contractor payment application reviews to ensure costs are accurate and commercial terms are included appropriately and assists Project Coordinator in creation of monthly tenant invoices and financial draws.\nEnsures timely submittal and request for information review and resolution.\nPerforms jobsite inspections and reviews installation progress, quality, and compliance. Includes review of progress against plan. \nEnsures safety best practices and policies are being followed.\nDevelopment and presentation of weekly and monthly reporting requirements.\nPerforms other job duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience\n7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably with a construction background and 5+ years within the Mission Critical space \nKnowledge of applicable building regulations, standards, best practices, and applicable codes.\nAbility to read and understand project drawings, specifications, and submittals.\nExperience in developing, managing, and understanding CPM schedules to support analysis and recommendations around contractor provided timelines.\nAbility to lead integrated teams of Engineers, Contractors, Skilled Trades, Equipment Manufacturers, Commissioning Teams, Tenants, Authorities Having Jurisdiction, and Stream Professionals to a common goal and outcome.\nExperience working across multiple locations in the United States.\nAbility to travel to jobsite locations.\nExperience leading and mentoring others.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nMicrosoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, SharePoint and Project Management software platform experience.\nBenefits\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)\nShort Term & Long Term Disability\nTraining & Development\nWellness Resources\nIndividual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related reasons.
