Our business spans retail merchandise and merchandise used to engage people.\nWe’re looking for a Marketing Manager to head up our marketing function, manage our digital team and lead our internal and external design partners. You’ll own our brand communications, strengthen existing customer relationships and raise awareness among the right audiences to support ambitious business growth.\nThe role\nYou’ll lead the marketing team and deliver our marketing communications, working closely with sales and commercial teams to turn business priorities into effective campaigns.\nYour focus will be on two key areas: growing existing customer relationships and building brand awareness in priority sectors. You’ll set the marketing direction, manage priorities and develop your team, while remaining hands-on with planning and delivery.\nStrong communication and organisational skills are essential, alongside a collaborative and commercially minded approach.\nKey responsibilities\nLead and develop the marketing team\nLine manage and develop the digital team through objectives, regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.\nLead the graphic design function, briefing internal designers and managing external partners.\nAllocate workloads, set quality standards and ensure timely, on-brand delivery.\nBuild a positive team culture and represent marketing across the business.\nGrow existing customer relationships\nWork with sales and account management to develop customer communications plans.\nPlan targeted email and organic social activity to strengthen relationships, encourage repeat business and increase customer value.\nDevelop audience segmentation based on customer sectors, interests and relationships.\nAlign marketing activity with commercial priorities.\nBuild brand awareness\nDevelop and deliver outbound marketing campaigns targeting priority sectors and decision-makers.\nCreate consistent messaging that communicates what makes us different.\nCoordinate campaigns across relevant channels, measuring results and improving performance.\nTravel to strategy days and client meetings in London and other UK cities as required.\nLead marketing communications\nOwn the organic social strategy, content planning and delivery.\nWrite and brief engaging, on-brand communications.\nManage marketing assets and resources within SharePoint.\nKeep stakeholders informed of plans, progress and results.\nUse AI thoughtfully to support marketing activity, applying judgement to ensure quality and accuracy.\nWhat you’ll bring\nProven experience managing and developing a team, ideally across digital and creative disciplines.\nExperience managing external agencies, freelancers or design partners.\nExperience leading marketing communications from planning through to delivery.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nA commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing drives retention, growth and sales.\nStrong knowledge of organic social, email marketing and audience segmentation.\nExperience using HubSpot, including reporting.\nExcellent organisation and project management skills.\nConfidence using and managing SharePoint.\nWe are keen to consider candidates for either a 4 or 5 day week, with 1 day a week working
