In this role, you will work on meaningful, business-critical systems that handle complex data, regulatory requirements, and reporting workflows. You will partner with Product, QA, Business Analysts, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nResponsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer:\nLeverage programming skills to maintain existing software, and design and develop new modules, enhancements, and software integrations.\n\nInvestigate software malfunctions and errors, and debug applications to correct the problems.\n\nAnalyze requirements and user needs to develop software solutions.\n\nPerform code refactoring, optimization, and performance tuning.\n\nManage assigned work on multiple projects using Agile development methodologies via Azure DevOps with minimal supervision.\n\nEnsure work is completed on time and communicate potential roadblocks and scope issues that may impact deadlines to their manager.\n\nDedicate time to researching new technologies and keeping current with best practices, patterns, and relevant technologies.\n\nWork closely with other team members.\n\nCollaborate with other teams, business analysts, QA engineers, managers, and customers.\n\nRequirements for the Senior Software Engineer:\nBachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in DOT.NET software development or engineering roles.\n\nExperience in Healthcare domain with strong working knowledge of EDI transactions including Eligibility (270/271), Claims Processing (835/837), Claim Status (276/277), Medicaid/Medicare services, UB04, CMS, HIPAA, and PPACA.\n\nExcellent working knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.\n\nExperience in developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).\n\nIn-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in ASP.Net, C#.Net, JQUERY and SQL\n\n4 to 6 years of Hands-on and expert knowledge of MS technologies (ASP.Net, C#.Net, ADO.Net, JQUERY, SQL Server etc) architectures, frameworks, common design patterns and its applications.\n\nUtilizing Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet the requirements.\n\nBe a strong problem solver who is willing to research, learn and bring best practices in delivering the product/solution.\n\nCollaborating with co-workers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required.\n\nPerform structured/planned/formal code reviews, and unit tests & actively participate in design review sessions.\n\nCreate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or Post Incident Report (PIR) for customer-reported issues.\n\nQuick turnaround on troubleshooting complex technical challenges, creative problem solver & resolve conflicts\n\nProvide timely & accurate updates along with suggestions to facilitate taking informed decision\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skill with extensive collaboration with US counter parts.\n\nStreamline Healthcare Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
