You will run filling and torque equipment, document your work carefully, and help make sure every vial that leaves your line meets our quality standards.\nWhat You'll Do\nInspect vials, caps, and labels for defects, then rack vials and place tips and caps\nSet up, operate, and adjust tabletop filling machines and torque machines\nVerify and document fill volumes (volumetric and gravimetric methods) and cap torque\nComplete labeling operations and verify vial counts\nVerify and sign off on line clearance at the start and end of each operation\nBuild and maintain accurate filling and labeling documentation\nPull, identify, store, and deliver samples and documentation during filling operations\nStage carts of product for release\nFollow aseptic procedures and keep work areas clean and contamination-free\nFollow all safety guidelines and applicable FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) regulations\nRaise process issues and concerns with management, and take on other duties as assigned\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma, GED (General Educational Development), or demonstrated success in a related role\nDependability and strong organization\nClear written and verbal communication\nThe ability to work cooperatively on a team\nA sharp eye for detail: you can spot chips, breakage, size and color differences, and label defects\nComfort counting and segregating product by type, level, vial size, fill volume, and label requirements\nThe ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets\nExperience with filling, torque, or labeling equipment is helpful (the job uses Filamatic, torque, and Accraply labeling machines) \nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nClimate-controlled biological/chemical laboratory, with brief periods in walk-in coolers\nAbility to wear clean room clothing and protective equipment (lab coat, hair bonnet, beard cover if applicable, mask, gloves, face shield) for up to 2.5 hours at a time\nMedium work: occasionally exerting up to 40 lbs of force, frequently up to 20 lbs, and constantly up to 10 lbs\nStanding for up to 2.5 hours at a time, plus walking, pushing,
