You'll document inventory procedures, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and serve as the go-to expert for inventory control activities and audits. You'll work closely with Finance, Production Planning, Purchasing, Product Managers, and the Warehouse team to keep inventory data reliable and audit-ready.\nWhat You'll Do\nMaintain the perpetual inventory system, including cycle counting and variance analysis.\nDocument and maintain inventory movement procedures.\nCreate job orders and post material transactions, inventory transfers, and scrap tickets in SyteLine.\nInvestigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, including month-end audits with Cost Accounting.\nReview inventory transactions for accuracy and properly code discrepancies charged to cost of sales.\nManage the monthly expired inventory report to minimize excess scrap of finished goods, WIP, and raw materials.\nReview and respond to nonconforming material reports.\nMaintain off-site inventories in SyteLine and follow up with vendors on accuracy.\nSupport discontinued- and new-product checklist activities.\nComply with departmental, FDA, and ISO safety and quality guidelines.\nServe as the point of expertise for inventory control activities and audits.\nWhat You'll Bring\nAssociate degree in business or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered).\nPrior inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.\nStrong organization, dependability, and problem-solving skills.\nClear written and verbal communication.\nComfort with general arithmetic and working in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nAbility to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS).\nPhysical Requirements\nThis role involves light physical work, including standing for up to two and a half hours at a time, along with walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching, and stooping as needed to perform inventory duties.\nStreck
