You will also have the opportunity to work with AI tools to improve efficiency and contribute to the growth of the company in new markets and renewable energy sectors.\nMissions\nSupport clients throughout their journey with Streem, from deployment to day-to-day use, and help them adapt their contracts following regulation changes.\nInvestigate customer issues and find clear, practical solutions, using automation and AI tools where they can help, and help invoice dispute management with comparison tools.\nMonitor data quality, identify anomalies, and work with the Tech and Product teams to resolve issues, while configuring and improving Streem’s data models and services to meet each client’s needs.\nProfil recherché\nWe’re open to different backgrounds. You could be an engineer or have some experience in renewable energy, a startup, consulting, SaaS, data analysis or customer operations. You don’t need to have worked in all of these areas, and your experience doesn’t need to be long.\nYou’ll bring:\nCuriosity and a genuine interest in understanding and solving customer issues.\n\nComfort working in an evolving environment, where client needs, tools and priorities can change.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to investigate complex data and challenge assumptions.\n\nAn interest in technology and a willingness to learn new tools, including AI tools, to work more efficiently.\n\nA practical, customer-focused approach: you enjoy understanding a problem and seeing it through to a useful solution.\n\nClear communication skills and the ability to work with people across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nExcellent English and fluency in another European language.\n\nGood organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several topics at once.\n\nAn interest in renewable energy and the energy transition.\n\nExperience in renewable energy, a startup or consulting is a plus.
