Job Description Summary: The Private School Operations Supervisor serves as a subject matter expert for K12 Private School operational processes and support services. This role is responsible for managing complex operational activities, resolving escalated issues, driving process improvements, and leading cross-functional initiatives that support enrollment, student account administration, and customer experience objectives. The incumbent exercises independent judgment, provides guidance to less experienced team members, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, and service outcomes.
