The team supports nine studios across the UK, 12 specialist services and 15 industry sectors.\nThis is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week). You’ll ideally be based in our Bristol studio and we're also open to the role being based in another studio (Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Plymouth, Truro or Winchester) provided you’re able to travel to Bristol for team meetings and collaborative work.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat you’ll do\nShape the next chapter of our brand\nEvolve our visual identity, finding new ways to express who we are and where we’re heading.\nBring your own ideas and perspectives to the team, challenging briefs and helping shape creative approaches.\nTurn ideas into campaigns\nCreate digital content for social media, email, web and other marketing channels.\nDesign publications, reports, events, exhibitions and other print communications.\nCollaborate on photography and film projects and help develop our motion graphics capability.\nHelp win new work\nWork on major private-sector bids and other client-facing materials, helping to shape the story and creative response to each opportunity.\nChampion design\nMaintain templates and design systems that make it easier for colleagues to apply the brand across presentations, documents and other communications.\nShare knowledge and new ideas that help raise the quality of design across the practice.\nProvide occasional cover for the Graphics team on client-facing graphic design and wayfinding \nRequirements\nYou’d be a great fit if you:\nHave at least 3-5 years’ graphic design experience, working in an agency or in-house within a creative practice.\nAre confident using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with experience across both print and digital formats.\nUnderstand brand and how to apply and evolve a visual identity.\nHave a good eye for typography, layout, composition and colour. \nAre always curious about contemporary graphic design and new creative approaches.\nCan interpret a brief and develop ideas from an initial concept through to production-ready artwork.\nAre organised and detail-focused, with a collaborative approach and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines.\nNice to have:\nExperience or interest in motion graphics, animation or video, using After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar.\nKnowledge about basic web design and content management systems such as WordPress.\nAn understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.\nAn appreciation of how AI and emerging technologies can support the creative process.\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer\nSalary : £33,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)\nPaid Holiday + Bank Holidays\nFlexible and Hybrid working\nCompany Pension Scheme\nLife Insurance\nCycle to Work Scheme\nCareer progression and opportunities for technical development\nHow to Apply:\nPlease apply with your CV and a cover letter detailing why you are the right fit for this role.\nWe’d also like to see a portfolio that shows how you think as well as the quality of your work.
