relational (SQL) and NoSQL data modeling, schema design, and data governance\nExperience with event-driven and streaming architectures (e.g. event buses, message queues)\nExperience migrating messy, legacy, or under-schematized environments toward modern frameworks\nExperience designing cloud-native data architectures (e.g. AWS)\nExperience defining data retention, lifecycle, backup, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies\nAbility to defend technical proposals with evidence and operate in ambiguous environments\nStrong communication skills in both spoken and written English\nStartup experience\nExperience in Healthcare, EMR/EHR, Health-Tech, or HIPAA-regulated environments\nExperience standing up a data or platform architecture function from the ground up\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or
