PRDs, without pairing on every task.\nOwn design delivery as an individual contributor and help speed up the path to MVP.\nHelp build out the design library now that we're a two-designer team.\n\n3+ years of UX/UI design experience\nExperience designing reusable components for React-based applications (coding isn't required)\nComplete portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI work to be presented during the interview\nExperience building and maintaining design system components\nExperience delivering under tight deadlines\nProficiency with Figma or similar design tools\nAbility to solve complex UX problems independently\nStrong communication skills in both spoken and written English\nStartup experience\nExperience designing healthcare or care coordination applications\nKnowledge of healthcare and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG, HIPAA)\nBachelor’s Degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or
