The team supports products and services that help businesses around the world grow.\nAs a Litigation Paralegal, you'll support the team on pre-litigation, litigation, investigations, and insolvency matters across a range of issues.\nWhat you'll do\nYou'll support the Litigation team in managing disputes, insolvency, litigation, arbitration, and other escalated matters. You'll prioritize competing requests, build effective relationships with internal partners, and help the team respond to matters in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nManage bankruptcy and insolvency matters involving Stripe merchants in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, including filing proofs of claim, responding to requests from insolvency practitioners, and escalating matters that require attorney support\nProvide paralegal support for litigation and regulatory investigations, including fact investigations, issue analysis, discovery, and matter management\nAssist with all aspects of discovery, including implementing legal holds and collecting and producing documents\nHandle and respond to small claims matters globally\nSupport overall matter management for the Litigation team\nOrganize and maintain knowledge-management resources\nContribute to special projects and adapt to changing priorities\nWho you are\nWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
