Our Recruiting Coordination team manages several aspects of recruiting administration to provide a great experience for our candidates, shepherding them through the entire process. Initially on a 11-month fixed term contract, this role will involve playing a key role in the coordination of the interview process across many regions, functions and role types.\nWhat you’ll do\nResponsibilities\n Schedule high volume interviews for Stripe candidates globally, with speed and efficiency\nWork closely with recruiters and interviewers in delivering a great candidate experience throughout the interview process\nSolve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change, while handling sensitive information with discretion\nWork closely with other coordinators and cross-functional partners to support hiring\nOwn the onsite candidate experience, acting as their primary host in the office to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience\nWho you are\nWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
