That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.\nWhat you’ll do\nResponsibilities\nContribute to team strategy, roadmap, tooling process, and culture. \nScope, design, implement, and deploy robust solutions. \nMake appropriate tradeoffs between reliability throughput, latency, resiliency, engineering, velocity and cost. \nInnovate, design, and implement software solutions that contribute toward improvement in infrastructure, resiliency, reliability, efficiency, and management at scale. \nUphold the company’s high engineering standards and improve the overall codebase and processes.\nWho you are\nMinimum requirements\nMust have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, plus two (2) years of work experience in software development.\nMust also have two (2) years of experience in each of the following:\nDesigning and deploying scalable infrastructure within major public cloud environments, specifically using AWS, Azure, or GCP;\nCloud-native networking, compute instances (EC2), and storage solutions to support global, high-availability financial services;\nDeveloping software in Go and Ruby to build and maintain robust distributed systems and internal tooling;\nWriting clean, maintainable code to automate infrastructure management and develop the core services that power microservice architecture;\nKubernetes and containerization technologies to manage large-scale server fleets and microservices;\nDesigning orchestration strategies that ensure system reliability, efficient resource allocation and seamless deployments across a distributed environment; and\nDesigning, building, and debugging high-scale distributed systems using open-source tools, analyzing complex system architectures, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven optimizations that improve latency, resiliency, and cost-performance ratios.\nSalary: $156,800 - $235,200/yr. \nThis salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.\n40 hrs/week\n50% Telecommuting permitted.\nMultiple Positions Available. \nAdditional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses;
