We develop web interfaces, infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and internal tools that connect Stripe with manufacturers, logistics providers, repair centers, and Terminal users around the world.\nOur mission is to make complex physical-device operations simple and scalable. We build secure, reliable systems that help users manage orders and devices while supporting Stripe’s day-to-day logistics operations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nResponsibilities\nScope, design, build, and maintain large-scale systems that support the end-to-end lifecycle of Stripe Terminal devices, including ordering, fulfillment, returns, warranties, and repairs.\nDevelop APIs, integrations, and internal tools that connect Stripe with manufacturers, logistics providers, repair centers, and other partners.\nBuild intuitive web experiences that help Terminal users and internal teams order devices, manage orders, and handle returns and repairs.\nImprove the efficiency and scalability of logistics operations by identifying patterns and simplifying complex workflows.\nDebug and resolve critical production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.\nCollaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities to Terminal users.\nWho you are\nWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
