That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.\nWhat you’ll do\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and manage platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining excellent user experience. \nDiagnose and resolve production issues across various services and throughout the tech stack. \nProactively identify, analyze, and swiftly mitigate emerging risk patterns. \nPartner with diverse stakeholders, which include: engineering, product, policy, legal, operations, and data science teams. \nCollaborate with other engineers to build modular, composable Fraud control systems. \nInteract with the product teams to understand user pain points and requirements to inform roadmap and prioritization.\nWho you are\nMinimum requirements\nMust have a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus five (5) years of post-bachelors, progressive experience in Software Engineering.\nMust also have five (5) years of experience in each of the following:\nOne of the following programming languages: Java, Ruby, Python or Go;\nPerforming data-driven investigations and analysis to inform decision-making using SQL and visualization software;\nWorking with systems agnostic of programming languages;\nTranslating business requirements into tangible software requirements and system designs; and\nIdentifying and resolving production issues that span multiple services and stack layers.\nMust also have three (3) years of experience in each of the following:\nBuilding platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining high quality user experience; and\nWorking within the Trust and Safety industry.\nSalary: $221,187 - $285,600/yr.\nThis salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions / sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.\n40 hrs/week\n100% Telecommuting permitted.\nMultiple Positions Available. \nAdditional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
