We replace spreadsheets, unstructured email chains, and repetitive tasks with tools that make operational work easier to manage and track.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou’ll build and improve the platforms Stripe’s operations teams use to manage their work. Working across backend systems, you’ll turn complex operational needs into reliable tools and integrations, partnering directly with internal users to understand their workflows and improve their experience.\nResponsibilities\nOwn problems from end to end, managing complexity and working directly with stakeholders to understand business impact, reliability, and operability\nContribute to the product roadmap, help shape the team’s vision and strategy, and act as a sounding board for team leadership\nUphold Stripe’s high standards for engineering and product quality\nMentor newer team members and help them develop their engineering skills\nWork with stakeholders across Stripe to understand competing needs and balance priorities\nWho you are\nWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
