That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.\nWhat you’ll do\nResponsibilities\nBuild, develop, test, and deploy software infrastructure; \nModify existing software to correct errors or to improve its performance; \nDevelop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation; \nBuild, test, and maintain software development for the company’s various codebases to integrate with external financial partners;\nConsult and advise other peers on build system choices; \nAnalyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints;\nWork with engineers across the company to build new features at large-scale;\nImplement unit, functional, and integration tests to prevent bugs and regressions; \nSet the mission and perform short and medium term planning and prioritization for an engineering team;\nBuild, test, and maintain software for card payments integrations across the company’s codebases to communicate with external card networks and payment processors using industry-standard protocols; \nConsult with and advise peers on integration architecture and payment processing implementation choices; and\nAnalyze user needs and payment processing requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints for card network integrations\nWho you are\nMinimum requirements\nMust have a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in Software Development.\nMust also have two (2) years of experience in each of the following:\nWriting and debugging computer code;\nWriting software to issue and serve HTTP requests;\nJava, Ruby, Scala, or Python; and\nAPI, REST, Soap, Agile, Jira, GIT, AngularJS, or NodeJS.\nMust also have one (1) year of experience in each of the following:\nPayment processing in payins acquiring financial systems related to authorization and clearing flows with major global card networks including Visa and Mastercard;\nData modeling of card features in acquiring payments for financial processing systems;\nWorking with ISO 8583 messages, and data warehouse queries; and\nCloud.\nSalary: $156,800 - $235,200/yr.\nThis salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.\n40 hrs/week\n50% Telecommuting permitted.\nMultiple Positions Available. \nAdditional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
