Our stripe.training site complements Stripe’s documentation with structured learning paths, hands-on practice, and technical certifications. We develop applied learning experiences that help people understand Stripe’s products and use them effectively.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou’ll develop technical learning content that helps developers, product managers, and other users understand and use Stripe’s products, application programming interfaces (APIs), and platform. Working with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers, you’ll turn complex technical concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences.\nYou’ll contribute across the content lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing curriculum to developing assessments, gathering learner feedback, and updating materials as products evolve.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop curriculum and instructional materials for Stripe's products and use cases, applying instructional design principles and relevant industry standards\nPartner with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers to identify learning needs and validate technical content\nCreate e-learning modules, tutorials, documentation, videos, and interactive demonstrations for different audiences\nDevelop assessments that measure learner comprehension and progress\nUse learner feedback, assessment results, and training data to evaluate effectiveness and improve content\nLead training sessions and workshops for content ahead of general availability, gathering feedback to refine the materials\nMaintain accurate, relevant training materials as Stripe’s products evolve, incorporating applicable developments in technology and instructional design\nWho you are\nWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum qualifications to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.\nMinimum Requirements\n3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical training\nExperience translating complex technical concepts into written, multimedia, or interactive learning materials for different audiences\nExperience developing digital learning content using authoring, learning management, and multimedia tools\nExperience using learning feedback and training data to evaluate and improve learning materials\nExperience managing multiple content projects and deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Stripe’s products, APIs, or platform\nExperience in financial technology, payment processing, or e-commerce\nExperience with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools\nFamiliarity with JavaScript, Python, or software development processes\nExperience applying agile instructional design methods, user experience design, or learner-centered design principles\nBachelor's degree in instructional design, education, computer science, or a related field, or a relevant instructional design or e-learning
