You’ll play a critical role in ensuring clients are set up for long-term success by aligning technical solutions with their business goals. This role is equal parts architect, consultant, and problem solver - helping guide the implementation and adoption of Strivacity’s CIAM platform in complex environments.\nYou'll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Customer Success Engineers, Product, Engineering, and DevOps to deliver high-impact solutions, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure seamless customer journeys.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with deployment partners, Customer Success Managers, and Strivacity clients to understand the clients goals and translate them into technical solutions using Strivacity’s platform.\nLead technical onboarding, solution design, and deployment activities for enterprise clients.\nCollaborate closely with customer engineering teams to guide API integrations, identity provider configurations, and custom workflows.\nAct as the go-to technical resource post-sale, ensuring clients are architected for success and scalability.\nIdentify and proactively address technical risks, blockers, and optimization opportunities throughout the client lifecycle.\nWork cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.\nHelp develop technical best practices, playbooks, and documentation to scale success across accounts.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Consultant, ideally in SaaS or identity/security solutions.\nStrong knowledge of CIAM concepts and technologies (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT, identity federation, etc.).\nStrong hands-on experience with REST APIs, SSO integrations, and federated identity solutions.\nExperience with APIs, SDKs, and system integrations in cloud-native environments.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.Comfortable leading technical discussions with stakeholders ranging from developers to executives.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nProven track record of working with enterprise customers in a consultative, solutions-oriented capacity.\nExperience in post-sales technical engagement, including onboarding, deployment, and optimization.\nFamiliarity with modern front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React, Java, Python) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern web technologies is a plus.\nReady to architect success for the world’s most forward-thinking digital brands?
