Dla naszego klienta - dużej firmy z branży ubezpieczeniowej - poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko AI Adoption & Enablement Lead, która chciałaby dołączyć do projektu transformacyjnego z wykorzystaniem generatywnej AI i agentic SDLC.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

  • Wdrażanie i skalowanie narzędzi AI wspierających pełny cykl wytwarzania oprogramowania
  • Projektowanie i konfiguracja workflowów oraz agentów AI w środowisku Agentic SDLC
  • Identyfikowanie potrzeb zespołów IT i przekładanie ich na konkretne rozwiązania oraz praktyki AI
  • Prowadzenie technicznych warsztatów i wspólnych wdrożeń z zespołami wytwórczymi
  • Analiza danych o wykorzystaniu narzędzi AI oraz standaryzacja sposobu ich użycia w organizacji
  • Tworzenie standardów, playbooków, dokumentacji technicznej i materiałów do bazy wiedzy

Wymagania:

  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku wytwarzania oprogramowania oraz bardzo dobra znajomość SDLC
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu narzędzi lub rozwiązań AI w zespołach IT
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi takich jak GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex lub M365 Copilot
  • Doświadczenie z Agentic SDLC, w tym prompt engineering, Spec-Driven Development oraz budowa workflowów i agentów AI
  • Dobre zrozumienie możliwości i ograniczeń generatywnej AI, modeli LLM oraz agentów AI
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu technicznych sesji wdrożeniowych i transferze wiedzy do zespołów IT
