We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.\nPosition Type: Full time, Onsite: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm\nPosition Overview:\nThe Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company’s customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to guarantee that customer’s needs and goals are met effectively. The CRM will focus on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities: \nService Delivery and Operational Efficiency:\nSupport clinics by closely monitoring early order flow and proactively communicating any issues\nAddress and resolve individual clinic issues and operational challenges promptly,\nClarify documentation and process requirements with clients, explaining why specific information is needed.\nPartner with peers for coverage and support to manage incoming request volume efficiently\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to patients/clinics.\n\n Client Satisfaction and Feedback:Gather client feedback to understand satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement\nImplement changes based on client feedback to enhance service delivery\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clinic stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clinics\nManage multiple incoming communication channels (e.g., Slack, HubSpot) to ensure timely, accurate responses\nProactively monitor and scan orders to confirm they're moving through the pipeline as expected\nPartner with Sales reps to identify and communicate trends impacting operational efficiency\nShare updates on delays, policy changes, and other news impacting clinic workflow\nBuild rapport with clinics while setting realistic expectations\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive pharmacy technician license in the state you are located in/will be working out of\nActive national pharmacy technician certification (PTCB/ExCPT) or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of employment (at your own expense)\nMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a pharmacy setting\nExceptional customer service abilities, with a focus on patient care\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong verbal and written communication\nAbility to self-manage time and move through high request volume quickly and accurately\nHigh level of professionalism and adherence to workplace etiquette\nSuperior organizational skills, with attention to detail and efficiency\nAnnual Salary\n$55,000—$65,000 USD\nJoin Us in Making an Impact:\nAt Strive, the work is real and the impact is direct.
