We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm\nAddress: 120 W 1st Avenue, Mesa, AZ\nPosition Overview:\nThe Clinical Care Pharmacist manages patient and provider communications, ensures accurate prescription processing, and performs pre-verification to uphold quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nJoin the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll be:\nChecking entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness\nPerforming calculations to ensure ingredients within a formula are measured and utilized properly\nManaging inbound and outbound communications with patients and providers.\nCounseling patients\nOffering guidance to providers regarding appropriate therapy and dosing for optimal individualized care\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree\nActive AZ Pharmacist license\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCustomer service experience \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nUnderstanding of state laws\nStrong multitasking skills\nAbility to read and apply clinical knowledge\nExperience with call center software\nWork Environment:\nThis position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed.
