We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.\nPosition Type: Full Time, On-Site\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm\nPosition Overview:\nWe are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Supervisor to join our Pharmacy Operations team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing our fulfillment technicians, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while supporting team development and continuous improvement efforts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor daily workflows to ensure adherence to established SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.\nProvide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff, supporting professional growth and a positive work environment.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Planning, and Inventory Control to resolve operational challenges and drive improvements.\nLead daily shift huddles and support effective communication across shifts.\nEnsure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.\nMonitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in achieving departmental goals.\nParticipate in and lead root cause investigations and CAPA activities as necessary.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be CPhT certified (PTCB preferred but not required)\nMinimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or production environment.\nStrong knowledge of inventory systems, and order fulfillment processes.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.\nProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus.\nAbility to work designated PM shift hours and flexibility to support business needs.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nWork Environment:\nThis position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed.
