More than a policy enforcer, this role is a trusted advisor, someone managers and employees engage with. From navigating employee relations matters to coaching managers through tough conversations to partnering on full-cycle recruiting for their client group, the HR Partner keeps their business units staffed, grounded, supported, and performing.\nLocation: Mesa, AZ\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSchedule: Monday - Friday\nCompensation Range: $110,000 - $125,000\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units or functions, owning both HR partnering and talent acquisition for that population\nManage employee relations matters end-to-end (investigations, documentation, resolutions) with care and consistency\nPartner on full-cycle recruiting, including intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management\nEnsure a strong, consistent candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding\nCollaborate with COE teams (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) to deliver integrated people programs, escalating specialized sourcing or high-volume hiring needs as appropriate\nCoach managers on performance management, team dynamics, hiring decisions, and policy application\nGuide employees through HR processes, leave programs, accommodations, and workplace concerns\nPartner with leaders to identify people trends, including hiring, turnover, and retention patterns, and proactively address issues before they escalate\nApply HR policies and employment law with good judgment across a variety of situations\nContribute to department-wide HR initiatives as assigned\nWhat You Bring\n4-6 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and business partnership\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex ER situations with fairness and documentation rigor\nExperience managing a full recruiting cycle, from requisition to offer, in a fast-paced environment\nStrong coaching instincts and the ability to build trust with managers at all levels\nSound working knowledge of employment law across multiple states\nProfessional and calm under pressure, especially in difficult conversations\nBachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred\nWork Environment:\nThis position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed.
