We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.\nPosition Type: Full time, remote\nPosition Overview:\nThis individual must be able to develop and deliver training (in all training modalities), collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate deep dives into training needs, support product enhancements, increase the team's visibility, and utilize data storytelling to identify training needs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDemonstrates Expertise: Apply up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of training plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; support and align efforts to the business needs; and build commitment for perspectives and rationales.\nCreates Comprehensive Training: Develop training that encompasses onboarding, cross-training, upscaling/rescaling, functional business changes, employee development, and functional leadership development and be able to facilitate these trainings in-person and in webinar form. \nLeads the Design, Development, and Execution of Training Programs: Identify and address operational needs with training development and/or enhancements; audit existing learning materials; create and oversee the development of content, procedures, and tools in a variety of media based on learning needs, target population capabilities, and job requirements; sequence learning objectives, course components, time allotments, and experiential activities; conduct research on learner needs, knowledge and performance gaps, and needed behavioral changes; identify and recommend adult learning theories and methods that address training needs; and design training curriculum.\nProvides and Supports the Implementation of Business Solutions: Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identify business needs; determine and carry out necessary processes and practices; monitor progress and results; recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities; and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.\n Leads Training Curriculum Development: Analyze and evaluate requests for training in order to guide curriculum development; determine skill or performance gaps; develop training metrics aligned with operational key performance indicators (KPIs); develop and approve content based on instructional methods and objectives (e.g., interactive exercises, games, simulations); provide feedback and support to ensure timelines, metrics, and work quality are achieved; develop content for skill gaps identified in collaboration with the operations teams; and work with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy of training program.\n Measures Training Effectiveness: Align training assessments with the operational business; collect and evaluate training and performance data; determine training's impact on operational key performance indicators (KPIs); collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of training in addressing performance gaps; and utilize training data and feedback to revise the training programs.\nArchitects New Programs: Lead the architecture and development of new training and training programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.\nLeads Training Project Teams: Oversee project teams responsible for designing new curriculum, ensuring timelines, metrics, and work quality are achieved.\nModels Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures: Support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; and demonstrate and assist others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.\nLeads Technology Enabled Learning Solutions: Identify new technologies to support training needs; review, analyze, and evaluate current training systems and databases; compare system functionality and training program needs; recommend e-learning solutions; and drive adoption of tools across the organization.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Instructional Design experience.\n5+ years in-person training, webinar training, coaching experience, and able to command a room full of leaders.\nAdvanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360\nAdvanced skills in Canva creation \nExcellent presentation and communication skills and can command a room (including leaders) in-person and in webinars. \nMust be able to travel 25% of the time\nAdvanced skills in Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Drive, Meet, Sheets)\nEducated in Learning Theory, Adult Learning Principles, and Learning Design\nExperience finding new and unconventional ways to approach data\nLMS Admin experience a plus\nVideo creation and editing a plus\nEthical Standards and Conduct\nWork Environment:\nThis position is primarily based in a remote work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed.
