We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSchedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:30pm\nPosition Overview:\nThe Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for executing the daily operations that keep inventory accurate, organized, and available. Specialists perform the majority of hands-on tasks such as restocking, receiving deliveries, and maintaining workflow standards. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and strong teamwork to support the Inventory Control Lead in ensuring accuracy and efficiency as Strive continues to grow.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform daily inventory functions including restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing supplies.\nAssist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory.\nSupport inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and following corrective actions.\nMaintain compliance with workflow policies and company standards.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.\nAssist pharmacists, leadership, and other departments with inventory-related needs.\nUphold clean, organized, and safe work environments at both locations.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related work.\nPharmacy Technician Certification or Trainee Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months after your hire date.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to follow policies, procedures, and workflow standards consistently.\nDependability and accountability in completing daily tasks.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nAdaptability in a fast-paced and growing environment.\nPrevious experience in inventory, warehouse, or related work preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office or Google Docs.\nExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or compounding pharmacy inventory.\nForklift certification highly preferred\nWork Environment:\nThis position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed.
