We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.\nLocation: On-site in Mesa, Arizona\nPosition Type: Full-Time\nSchedule: Monday - Thursday; 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM\nCompensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour plus $2.00 per hour shift differential \nPosition Overview:\nThe Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for executing the daily operations that keep inventory accurate, organized, and available. Specialists perform the majority of hands-on tasks such as restocking, receiving deliveries, and maintaining workflow standards. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and strong teamwork to support the Inventory Control Lead in ensuring accuracy and efficiency as Strive continues to grow.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDaily Inventory Operations: Perform core inventory functions including restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies across facilities.\nAuditing & Cycle Counts: Assist with regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical stock reconciliations to guarantee accurate inventory counts.\nDiscrepancy Reporting: Support overall inventory accuracy by proactively identifying and reporting discrepancies, adhering strictly to corrective actions.\nStandard Operating Procedures: Maintain full compliance with internal workflow policies, quality control standards, and company guidelines.\nCross-Departmental Collaboration: Assist pharmacists, leadership, and operational departments with inventory-related requests and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.\nFacility Maintenance: Uphold clean, organized, safe, and fully compliant work environments at all locations.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1 - 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom management, or related field.\nValid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck for inter-site travel.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and high accuracy in record-keeping.\nProven dependability, accountability, and ability to consistently follow established workflow standards.\nEffective communication skills with a track record of strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or custom compounding pharmacy inventory control.\nProficiency with computer systems, inventory software, handheld scanners, and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Docs.\nForklift certification is highly preferred.\nWork Environment:\nThis position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular standing and walking throughout facilities daily, frequent use of hands for handling, scanning, and documenting inventory, and frequent use of computers and handheld devices. The employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Work is performed primarily indoors with occasional outdoor activity.
