We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.\nLocation: Remote\nJob Type: Full-Time\nPosition Overview:\nThe Program Manager, Enterprise PMO is an experienced project and program management professional who leads Strive Pharmacy’s highest-priority, cross-departmental key initiatives. Reporting to the Director, PMO, this role sits on a team that operates in parallel with, and in close partnership with Strive’s PMO that includes sub departments of Project Management (Business Operations), Change Management, Internal Communication, and Digital Asset Management. This position is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that span multiple departments and areas of subject-matter expertise, and provides executive-level reporting to key stakeholders throughout the organization.\nThis role also serves as capacity overflow support for the Business Operations PMO, stepping in to manage projects and programs when capacity for our project managers is fully allocated. The Program Manager will manage a broad and varied portfolio, applying strong judgment and adaptable methodologies to programs across differing departments, stakeholder groups, and levels of complexity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of the company’s highest-priority, cross-departmental programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.\nManage programs that span multiple departments and areas of expertise, coordinating effectively across diverse teams, priorities, and working styles.\nPartner with executive sponsors, project managers, and key stakeholders to define program scope, goals, success criteria, and expected deliverables.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and resource plans; proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.\nDeliver clear, concise, and accurate executive-level reporting on program status, timeline, budget, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.\nEnsure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected scope and quality standards.\nProvide overflow project and program management support to the PMO during periods of peak demand or capacity constraints.\nWork closely and collaboratively with the PMO team to maintain consistent methodology, tools, and reporting standards across the broader PMO organization.\nFacilitate governance activities, including steering committee updates, stage-gate reviews, and program status meetings with executive audiences.\nDrive accountability across cross-functional project teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement within program delivery and contribute to the maturity of the Enterprise PMO’s practices and standards.\nManage change, scope, risk assessments, and communications across programs to keep stakeholders aligned as priorities and requirements evolve.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required.\n8+ years of experience in project and program management, including managing complex, cross-departmental programs.\nDemonstrated experience delivering executive-level reporting and communicating effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders.\nProven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and programs spanning different departments, subject-matter areas, and levels of complexity.\nStrong track record of delivering programs on time, on budget, and to expected scope and quality.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills, with sound judgment in ambiguous or evolving situations.\nAbility to work collaboratively and flexibly, including taking on overflow work as departmental PMO priorities and capacity shift.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience using Asana or similar project/program management software.\nA project or program management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar.\nExperience working within a healthcare, pharmacy, or highly regulated industry.\nExperience operating within, or alongside, a formal PMO structure.\nWork Environment:\nThis position is primarily based in a remote work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed.
