We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.\nPosition Type: Full-Time, On-Site\nSchedule: M-F 8:00a - 4:30p for 4 weeks of training and then moving to M-F, 7:00a - 3:30p\nPosition Overview: \nEnsure and assist with site-specific quality compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs & specifications; quality review of documents, label control, assist with release activities and product inspections.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates\nEnvironmental monitoring of personnel (as needed) and complete documentation\nAssist in the media fill process validations to include inspection of filled units\nPerform documentation review of compounding activities such as cleaning records, line clearance forms, and inventory sheets:Verify that raw materials meet specification\nAccount for labeling\nReview temperature and BMS alarms\nEnsure that product test results meet specification limits\nChecking that all documentation is complete\nDocument non-compliance and work with supervisor/lead if further investigation is needed appropriate lab for particulate identification or microbial analysis\n\nHelp with equipment calibration program and maintenance record files\nAssist with raw material release and movement\nUnder the direction of supervisor/lead, document and initiate quality events for deviation and noncompliant investigations\nSupport internal & external audits\nMaintain quality records (equipment calibration and maintenance, training, deviation and compliant investigation, environmental monitoring, certificate of analysis, clean room certification etc.)\nParticipate in Quality Manager’s staff meetings\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of High School Diploma/GED with work experience\nMinimum of 2 years experience in a quality or manufacturing department of a Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Allied Health Science.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperienced in aseptic operations\n Experience within a regulated environment\nKnowledge & skills in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Practices\nAssociates Degree or higher level degree in technician technical scientific discipline; Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to effectively troubleshoot issues\nComfortable working in a cleanroom-working environment that may be limited to a small area, wearing protective cleanroom attire, tolerating controlled temperatures, and loud noise\nWork Environment:\nThis position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed.
