We are looking for people who share these values and are eager to put them into practice.\nWhat we’re looking for\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science or another engineering or science discipline, or completion of a software development boot camp and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience\nUnderstanding of core programming concepts and basic proficiency in one or more programming languages\nUnderstanding of software testing concepts and methodology\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills\nAttention to detail\nAbility to clearly communicate technical topics in documents and conversations\nUS citizenship and eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (Secret or above)\nThe following isn’t required, but we’d love to see it:\nProficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestRail, React Testing Library, Postman, or similar\nExposure to or proficiency with modern software engineering tools and processes (Agile, version control, issue tracking, CI/CD, etc.)\nProficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Golang\nExperience using SQL and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL\nExperience with containerization tools such as Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes (K8s)\nExposure to concepts in machine learning and data science, and/or machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, sklearn, or similar\nExperience delivering technology solutions in secure government environments\nActive Secret (or above) US security clearance\nThis position offers a hybrid/on-site work environment at our office in Austin, TX. \nCompensation\nThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $85,000-$100,000/year.
