This is an entry-level, learning-oriented role intended for someone early in their career who wants structured exposure to how automation and process improvement work inside a fintech business.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport process discovery by shadowing departments and helping map current manual processes.\nAssist in testing and validating automated workflows before they go live.\nMaintain process documentation and help keep the automation solutions library up to date.\nCollect and organise data to help measure the impact of automation work - time saved, errors reduced, volume handled.\nSupport the Automation Engineer with basic scripting or configuration tasks under direct supervision.\nTake part in product and automation review sessions, capturing notes and tracking action items.\nFlag manual pain points or process bottlenecks observed while working across teams.\nQualifications and Experience\nRecent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of process mapping or workflow concepts.\nAny prior exposure to an automation or scripting tool (Python, Excel macros, Power Automate, Zapier) is an advantage, though not required.\nStrong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.\nGood written communication, particularly for documentation.\nCertifications (evidence of initiative) Formal certification is not required at this level. Where a candidate has one, it is read as a signal of initiative rather than proof of experience:\nFree or entry-level RPA courses - e.g. UiPath Academy foundational courses, Microsoft Power Automate fundamentals, or Google/Coursera automation basics.\nAny completed coursework or certificate in process mapping, data analysis, or basic scripting.
