management and advisory\nplatform.\nCandidate will take projects from inception to completion - directing consultants, contractors, clients and\nstakeholders to bring them in safely, on programme, within budget, and to an institutional standard of quality.\nYou will be accountable for outcomes, not activity.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery\nLead multiple real estate development and construction projects from feasibility through completion.\nBuild and own project execution plans, programmes and delivery strategies.\nDirect architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and specialist consultants.\nControl programme, cost, quality and risk across the full project lifecycle.\nChair project meetings and produce executive-level reporting for clients and senior management.\nRun procurement end to end - consultant appointments and contractor tendering.\nOversee contract administration and commercial matters alongside project consultants.\nManage approvals, statutory submissions and stakeholder coordination through to sign-off.\nClient Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.\nBuild durable client relationships grounded in delivery and trust.\nPresent project updates to executive stakeholders and boards with clarity and command of detail.\nSet and manage client expectations; surface and resolve issues before they escalate.\nCommercial & Business Development\nSupport proposals, tenders and fee submissions.\nIdentify and qualify new business opportunities.\nDevelop relationships with developers, investors, consultants and contractors.\nContribute to strategic growth initiatives across the firm.\nLeadership\nCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams.\nMentor junior project managers and support staff.\nDrive accountability and delivery across project teams.\nSet the standard for project governance and reporting.\nCandidate Profile\nEssential\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a\nrelated discipline.\n10-15 years delivering complex real estate or construction projects.\nA track record of taking projects from inception to completion.\nCommand of procurement, contract administration and commercial management.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience working with international consultants and contractors.\nDesirable\nMaster’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or an MBA.\nProfessional membership (RICS, PMP, CIOB, COREN, NSE or equivalent).\nDelivery experience across commercial offices, mixed-use, hospitality or infrastructure.\nExperience with international developers or development finance institutions.\nKey Competencies\nExecutive
