Für den stetigen Aufbau unseres Werbeträgerportfolios suchen wir ab sofort f reiberufliche Vertragsmanager (w/m/d) im Außendienst - Akquise von Werbestandorten auf privatem Grund.
- Präsentation unseres Produktportfolios bei Eigentümern
- Erstellung von Angeboten inklusive einfacher Skizzierungen und Fotomontagen
- Selbstständige Mietvertragsverhandlungen mit Grundstücks-/Immobilieneigentümern für digitale und analoge Werbestandorte
- Du verfügst über ein sicheres und seriöses Auftreten
- Du besitzt Verhandlungsgeschick und hast Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du bist im Besitz eines Gewerbescheins und eines Kfz
- Du besitzt Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
- Vertriebs- oder Akquiseerfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Immobilien
- EDV-Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungen
