Für den stetigen Aufbau unseres Werbeträgerportfolios suchen wir ab sofort f reiberufliche Vertragsmanager (w/m/d) im Außendienst - Akquise von Werbestandorten auf privatem Grund.

  • Präsentation unseres Produktportfolios bei Eigentümern
  • Erstellung von Angeboten inklusive einfacher Skizzierungen und Fotomontagen
  • Selbstständige Mietvertragsverhandlungen mit Grundstücks-/Immobilieneigentümern für digitale und analoge Werbestandorte
  • Du verfügst über ein sicheres und seriöses Auftreten
  • Du besitzt Verhandlungsgeschick und hast Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du bist im Besitz eines Gewerbescheins und eines Kfz
  • Du besitzt Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Vertriebs- oder Akquiseerfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Immobilien
  • EDV-Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungen
