As a Pipe Completion Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the final phase of our manufacturing process, ensuring every pipe is prepared and ready for successful delivery to customers worldwide.\nThis is a highly visible role where engineering, safety, quality, and project execution come together. You will own the preparation of all post-production activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to specification.\nOur Pipe Completion Engineer works closely with Project Engineering, Production, Operations, and Field Service teams, you'll help turn technical designs into successful project outcomes.\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop project-specific completion plans for pipe cleaning, bore preparation, fitting installation, testing, lifting, transportation, storage, and delivery activities;\nPrepare technical documentation, including work instructions, FAT protocols, inspection plans, and acceptance criteria;\nCoordinate risk assessments, safety reviews, and environmental evaluations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company procedures;\nAlign activities with Project Engineers, Production, Operations, Field Service, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution;\nSupport lifting and logistics planning in collaboration with operational teams;\nDrive continuous improvement by optimizing engineering processes, tools, and systems, and contributing to lessons learned and best-practice initiatives.\nWhat you bring:\nA Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Composites, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline;\n2-5 years of engineering experience, preferably within offshore, oil & gas, construction, or other project-driven technical environments;\nExperience with engineering preparation, operational planning, risk assessments, safety reviews, and FAT coordination;\nExperience with ERP, PLM, PDM, or similar engineering systems;\nFluency in English; Dutch is a plus.\nWhy join us?\nSalary between €3000,- and €4500,- based on experience and qualifications;\n32 days of paid leave per year;\nBe part of an innovative, fast-paced company with global impact;\nStrohm’s Pension plan;\nDiscounted gym membership;\nBike lease plan through the company;\nCommuting allowance or NS Business Card;\nCompany-provided phone;\nHybrid working model (office and home-based).\nContact details\nWant to know more before you apply?
