From design to offshore deployment, your expertise will make a real impact.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead and support engineering activities, delivering projects on time and within budget;\nReview client specifications and translate them into clear project requirements;\nDesign of TCP End fittings by performing of material assessment, review of steel components manufacturing and general arrangement drawings, etc.;\nTechnical contract management of suppliers of TCP main ancillaries transport equipment;\nCoordinate with procurement, testing, field service, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery;\nPrepare manuals, handling guides, and FAT procedures and reports;\nProvide offshore support during installation and deployment when required.\nWhat you bring:\nDegree in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore, or Subsea Engineering (or equivalent);\n5+ years’ experience in offshore energy or oil & gas, with strong project engineering skills;\nSolid knowledge of offshore standards (DNV, API, ISO, NORSOK);\nHands-on experience in offshore engineering and installation methods; Orcaflex knowledge is a plus;\nSkilled in subcontract management and coordination of ancillary equipment;\nFamiliar with offshore markets such as subsea well intervention, pre-commissioning, and SURF;\nFluent in English; Dutch is a bonus;\nOffshore-ready mindset - willing to travel when needed.\nWhy join us?\nSalary between €4500,- and €6000,- based on experience and qualifications;\n32 days of paid leave per year.\nBe part of an innovative, fast-paced company with global impact;\nStrohm’s Pension plan and a mental health plan;\nDiscounted gym membership;\nBike lease plan through the company;\nCommuting allowance or NS Business Card (min. 3 office days);\nCompany-provided phone;\nHybrid working model (office and home-based).\nContact details\nWant to know more before you apply?
