You will be involved in planning and executing the migration and then taking ownership of the environment you help build.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nInfrastructure & Operations\n\nOperate and harden Windows Server environments across Azure and dedicated infrastructure\n\nManage Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, Hyper-V and/or VMware environments\n\nSupport MSSQL-backed applications and production workloads\n\nPlan and execute server migrations, including lift-and-shift and re-platforming\n\nDecommission legacy infrastructure following successful migrations\n\nAutomation & DevOps\n\nAutomate infrastructure and operational tasks using PowerShell\n\nBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools\n\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps\n\nImprove operational processes through automation and standardisation\n\nReliability & Security\n\nOwn monitoring, alerting, patching, backup and disaster recovery for production systems\n\nIdentify and resolve recurring infrastructure issues\n\nApply security hardening and operational best practices\n\nContribute to improving the reliability and resilience of production environments\n\nHelp optimise Azure infrastructure costs through rightsizing, reservations and architecture improvements\n\nCollaboration\n\nWork closely with engineering teams across Bulgaria, Lithuania and Sweden\n\nCollaborate with software engineers and other technical teams on infrastructure requirements\n\nSupport teams in delivering reliable and scalable production environments\n\nContribute to the development of infrastructure standards and practices within the growing Bulgarian engineering hub\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nMust Have\n\n5+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments in production\n\nStrong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy\n\nHands-on experience with IIS\n\nExperience with Hyper-V and/or VMware\n\nSolid Azure experience, particularly IaaS, networking and Entra ID\n\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform\n\nExperience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps\n\nAn SRE mindset: measure, automate and prevent recurring issues\n\nStrong English communication skills, written and verbal\n\nBased in Bulgaria, Sofia preferred\n\nStrong Advantage\n\nLinux administration experience\n\nMSSQL operations\n\nAzure DevOps pipelines\n\nGitLab\n\nCitrix\n\nZabbix, SCOM or similar monitoring tools\n\nSecurity hardening experience\n\nISO 27001
