HowardSimon is an operating partner of Strongpoint Partners, a leading tech-enabled financial services retirement platform backed by Shore Capital Partners (SCP).\nPosition Summary:\nHoward-Simon Retirement, a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking a Junior Retirement Plan Administrator who will take ownership of a caseload of defined contribution retirement plans. The right candidate will support 401(k) and cross-tested plans from start to finish, perform annual compliance testing, and possess a detail-oriented, client-focused approach. We welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones; however, due to the primary locations of our partners and clients, preference will be given to those in the Central & Eastern time zone(s).\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform basic non-discrimination testing\nCommunicate directly with clients on plan mechanics\nResearch and present on compliance topics\nShadow Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to increase testing and document knowledge\nEfficiently utilize technology to perform the duties of this position\nAttend staff meetings and trainings as requested\nMaintain team approach by assisting in areas appropriate for this position\nOwn stewardship of all assigned business relationships\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\n1-3 years of retirement plan experience\n2-4 years of client services experience\nProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software\nMust be organized and detail-oriented\nExceptional approach to client service focusing on communications, timely solutions, and client needs\nTeam player, collaborative, able to work with and through others\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines\nExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills\nAbility to act with integrity, be proactive with client needs, seek to continuously improve service, constantly focus on professional growth and work collaboratively with the entire team\nPay Transparency Statement:\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000annually.\nAt Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
