operations.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.\nWrite clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application performance optimization.\nMaintain existing applications and implement enhancements as required.\n\nRequired Skills\n9–10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.\nStrong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 6+.\nExperience developing RESTful APIs and web services.\nStrong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.\nGood understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.\nExperience with Git or other version control systems.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment during the US second shift.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nExperience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.\nExposure to Azure or other cloud platforms is an advantage.\n\nWork
