You will bridge product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure successful deployments and high-value solutions.\nA key part of this role involves working directly with one of our enterprise clients in Uzwil, with a required on-site presence of three days per week. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, understand their technical environment, and provide hands-on engineering and implementation support.\nWhat You’ll Do\nClient Engagement:Work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and data landscape, including regular on-site collaboration in Uzwil.\nSolution Implementation:Deploy and configure Squirro's RAG and insights platform in client environments.\nData Integration:Design and implement data integration pipelines to ingest structured and unstructured data from various sources into the Squirro platform.\nCustomization and Development:Develop custom components, integrations, and extensions to enhance the Squirro platform and meet specific client needs.\nTechnical Support and Training:Provide technical support and training to clients on how to use the Squirro platform effectively.\nCross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with Squirro's product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful deployments and continuous product improvement.\nKnowledge Graphs, AI & LLMs:Leverage knowledge of Knowledge Graphs, Large Language Models, and AI to enhance chat functionalities and improve search relevance and accuracy.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant.\nExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript, and software development methodologies.\nAbility to work independently within Scrum/Agile projects and manage multiple priorities.\nExperience with LLMs and Agentic AI.\nExperience working with Linux operating systems.\nStrong understanding of structured and unstructured data integration principles and technologies.\nExperience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch.\nExperience with Knowledge Graph technologies.\nFamiliarity with on-premises and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nAbility and willingness to work on-site at our client's premises in Uzwil, Switzerland, three days per week.\nNice to Have\nExperience customizing enterprise search functionalities.\nExperience developing and deploying chat applications involving LLMs.\nStrong understanding of AI applications in enterprise search, including knowledge graphs, text analytics, and machine learning.\nExperience with the Squirro platform or similar cognitive search solutions.\nWho You Are\nA curious and analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering tangible value to clients.\nA pragmatic problem-solver who can navigate technical challenges and identify effective solutions.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nA collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with customers and colleagues.\nSomeone who enjoys hands-on client collaboration and working directly within enterprise environments.\nWhat We Offer\nA startup-like environment and culture, fast-paced and agile, with quick decision-making.\nAn environment where team members at all levels can make a difference.\nOpportunities to work on cutting-edge enterprise search and AI projects.\nOngoing feedback and opportunities for professional growth.\nA culture that values lifelong learning and supports employee development.\nAbout Squirro\nSquirro is the enterprise AI platform built for regulated industries, streamlining enterprise search and automating complex, custom workflows.
