Export Control Laws:

Unless explicitly notified otherwise, our vacancies are covered by Export Control Laws which require candidates to be from an "Export Safe" Country as deemed by the Japanese Government.

Equipment Design (Electronics / Electronic Control Devices)]

• Design and develop onboard electronics and electronic control devices (with MPU onboard) for satellites.
• Design and analyze the interface and specifications of electronics and electronic control devices.
• Lead electrical design for mixed-signal (digital/analog) electronics, including circuit design, simulation/analysis, and board-level verification.
• Perform technical coordination with suppliers and manufacturers of electronics and electronic control devices.
• Manage budget and resources (mass, power, and data resources) for electronics and electronic control devices.
• Plan and conduct environmental tests (vibration test, thermal vacuum test, thermal cycle test, etc.) and electrical tests, and evaluate test results.

• At least 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer
• Experience in at least one of the following:
• Design and analysis of digital devices/circuits
• Design and analysis of analog devices/circuits
• Design and analysis of mixed digital/analog devices and circuits
• Detect issues early, identify root cause, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions
• English proficiency (TOEIC score of 600 or above)
• Near-native Japanese language skills
• Experience in the design and development of spacecraft and space equipment is not required

• Basic knowledge of embedded software

• Experience in development of processor-based electronic control devices

• Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis)

• Ability to use SPICE, Scilab, etc.

• Knowledge of MIL standards (United States Military Standard) and ESA standards (European Space Agency Standard), especially derating criteriaand space-grade design practices

• Basic knowledge of electrical system design (satellite electrical systems, automotive electrical systems, medical equipment electrical systems, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of mechanical design

• Basic knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)

＜職務内容/役割・責任＞

機器設計（電子機器・電子制御装置）

• 人工衛星搭載用電子機器・電子制御装置（MPU搭載）の設計・開発を行う

• 電子機器・電子制御装置のインタフェース/仕様の設計・解析を行う

• デジタル/アナログ混載回路（混載基板）を含む電気設計（回路設計、解析・シミュレーション、基板レベルの検証）をリードする

• 電子機器・電子制御装置の購入先/製造元と技術調整を行う

• 電子機器・電子制御装置の予算・リソース（質量、電力、データリソース）を管理する

• 振動試験、熱真空試験、熱サイクル試験などの環境試験および電気試験を計画・実施し、試験結果を評価する

<応募条件>

• 電気エンジニアとして5年以上の経験を有する
• 以下のいずれかの経験を有する
• デジタル機器/回路の設計、解析の経験
• アナログ機器/回路の設計、解析の経験
• デジタルアナログ混在機器、回路の設計・解析の経験
• 組込ソフトウェアの基礎知識を有する
• 早期に問題を検知し、原因を突き止め、解決策を提示し実行する
• TOEIC600点以上の英語力を有する
• ネイティブに近い日本語能力を有する
• 宇宙機・宇宙用機器の設計開発経験は不問

<望ましいスキル>

• 組込ソフトウェアの基礎知識を有する
• プロセッサが実装されている電子制御装置の開発経験を有する
• FMEA(Failure Mode Mechanism and Effects Analysis)、FTA(FaultFailure Tree Analysis) の知識を有する
• SPICE、Scilab等を使用することができる
• MIL規格(United States Military Standard)、 ESA規格(European Space Agency Standard) に関する知識を有する
