They support the marketing team in the development, execution, rollout, and post-campaign analysis as it relates to marketing communications, ensuring consistency in the brand message and customer experience across all channels.\nIdeation, Content Creation & Revision\nProduction of bilingual (English and French) marketing content, leveraging AI tools to optimize writing, creativity, consistency, and campaign performance;\n\nContent creation for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest, Linked In, Reddit, X (Twitter);\n\nReview, edit, and proofread marketing content for accuracy, style, and adherence to the brand’s tone of voice;\n\nResearch and pitch content ideas and video series, while maintaining Structube’s tone of voice and respecting its brand guidelines;\n\nResearch keywords and optimize copywriting for web, respecting industry best practices for SEO and LLM;\n\nParticipate in photo and videos shoots related to recommended ideas and concepts (writing scripts, moodboards, storyboards, spokesperson in the video);\n\nAct as brand representative in Strucube’s video content;\n\nResearch and stay on top of the latest fashion and design trends and corresponding language, including knowledge of current buzzwords and trending topics to propose relevant content recommendations that align with Structube’s business objectives.\n\nPlanning & Coordination\nWork closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in planning content themes and marketing communications;\n\nCollaborate with the marketing and creative team to provide content briefs and review of creative assets;\n\nImplement new growth strategies to expand social media and partnership initiatives;\n\nBuild and maintain content calendar for all social media platforms;\n\nCoordinate all marketing partnerships ensuring follow-up on all active collaborations to ensure that all partnership conditions are being fulfilled;\n\nPlan all contests and events, ensuring legal compliance and prize fulfillment.\n\nAnalysis & Recommendations\nEstablish per platform objectives, KPIs, as well as growth and retention strategies that align with industry best practices;\n\nAnalyze social media data & content analytics to optimize performance and make recommendations for further development and innovation;\n\nManage report creation for content analytics to measure KPI performance.\n\n Who is the perfect Marketing Content Creator?\n2-5 years of experience;\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, PR, Communications, Business-related qualifications or equivalent experience;\n\nBilingual: must be fluent in English and French, both spoken and written;\n\nMust be comfortable speaking both English and French on camera as Structube’s brand representative (video and photo);\n\nStrong understanding of social media platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit and X (Twitter);\n\nCreative with strong copywriting skills and knowledge of social media trends;\n\nAttention to detail and ability to multitask while working with tight deadlines;\n\nSelf-driven and resourceful with the ability to use one’s own initiative and problem-solving capabilities;\n\nStrong organization, communication, and presentation skills;\n\nAbility to collaborate within a team;\n\nBonus :\nIntermediate competencies with photo, video and content creation;\n\nExperience or interest in artificial intelligence (AI) assisted copywriting, revision, and content creation;\n\nCopywriting experience for B2C retail company;\n\nExperience with influencer marketing;\n\nExperience with business partnerships;\n\nInterest in interior design.\n\n At STRUCTUBE, we believe in equal access to employment and the richness of the diversity of our employees!\nAbout us:\nStructube wants to offer its clients a wide range of modern edge home furniture at its best affordable prices!
