We're looking for a practical, organised coordinator to support business growth and keep daily operations on track.\n\nJob Summary\n\nEmployer: Structura Advisory\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nLocation: Gaborone, Botswana\n\nCategory: Business Development\n\nClosing Date: 2026-11-13\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nResearch prospects, make outreach calls, qualify enquiries and arrange discovery meetings.\n\nFollow up leads, proposals and client commitments through to a clear outcome.\n\nMaintain an accurate CRM with contact history, current status, next actions and deadlines.\n\nSupport the founder with scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation and action tracking.\n\nCoordinate LinkedIn activity and follow up enquiries generated through our marketing.\n\nPrepare concise daily and weekly reports showing completed work, results, outstanding actions and decisions needed.\n\nSupport client assignments and selected BusBox partnership and operational activities.\n\nRequirements\n\nDemonstrated experience in business development, sales support, customer relationship management or a similar role.\n\nPractical CRM experience and confidence using Google Workspace, spreadsheets and shared calendars.\n\nExperience providing executive, administrative or virtual assistant support.\n\nConfidence speaking with prospects and clients by phone, email and online meetings.\n\nStrong written communication, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.\n\nThe ability to organise competing tasks, flag obstacles early and work independently within agreed priorities.\n\nSound judgement when using AI tools, including checking accuracy and protecting confidential information.\n\nMinimum Certificate/Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies or Business Administration qualification.\n\nHow to Apply\nSend your CV and a comprehensive cover letter to  with the subject: Business Development & Operations Coordinator.
