Follow up leads, proposals and client commitments through to a clear outcome. Maintain an accurate CRM with contact history, current status, next actions and deadlines. Support the founder with scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation and action tracking. Coordinate LinkedIn activity and follow up enquiries generated through our marketing. Prepare concise daily and weekly reports showing completed work, results, outstanding actions and decisions needed. Support client assignments and selected BusBox partnership and operational activities.
