We are seeking an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer to join team.\nSTRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES develops engineered solutions that sustain and enhance infrastructure across a broad range of end-user markets. We serve owners and managers of infrastructure, as well as designers, engineers, and general contractors, across the U.S. and in select international markets.\nKey Candidate Selection Criteria\nBachelor’s or Master Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering\nSE registration at DM and have SOE membership is an advantage.\nKnows basic requirements for supervising personnel and how to manage design activities.\nFamiliar with regulations and industry codes and standards.\nCan participate and lead initial project studies and help develop the sale approach.\nUnderstands technical issues their impact on project cost and schedule.\ncapable of resolving technical and construction issues with third parties (customer, engineers, suppliers, and officials)\nCan plan, schedule, and coordinate documents and activities for major projects.\nAdvanced understanding of repair materials and strengthen solutions.\nSupervision of one or two junior engineers\nAbility to provide guidance on project design development\nAbility to mentor junior engineers\nCan develop plan and delegate to team members to deliver the project per customer requirements.\nMakes timely decisions after obtaining input from others to maintain team progress.\nDedicated to quality and safety culture.\nDisplays adherence to company operating principles.\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nDemonstrates competence and confidence to deliver technical presentations\nDemonstrates ability to conduct effective meetings\nAbility to develop advanced structure models and perform gravity and lateral analysis using analysis/design software such as:ETABS\nSAFE\nSAP2000 or RAM concept\n\nAbility to use prestressing and post- tensioning software such as ADAPT PT and ADAPT Floor to develop design\nAt STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
