With offices located across the nation and select international markets, we serve the Commercial, Public, Transportation, Industrial, and Power sectors to address complex construction challenges related to concrete infrastructure repair, retrofit, and maintenance.\nWe are currently hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the warehouse located in Columbia, MD. As a Manufacturing Technician for TSTRATA, you will be accountable for product manufacturing, packaging, and shipping support.\nThe successful candidate will also be responsible for:\n· Set-up and operation of production equipment\n· Maintain accurate production logs of finished goods\n· Inspection of raw materials for defects and required traceability\n· Quality control testing of finished products\n· Packaging and labeling of finished products\n· Collaborate with engineering and management to improve production rates and efficiency\n· Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of equipment\n· Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records\n· Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, pallet wrappers, etc.\n· Maintain a clean and safe work environment\n· Follow all safety procedures and company policies\nAll other duties as assigned\nCandidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nUnderstanding and experience with machinery, assembly tools, and basic troubleshooting\n3+ years of experience in a warehouse, shop, plant environment preferred\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred\nForklift experience preferred\nUp to 10% travel may be required for this position\nOur ideal candidate is solution-oriented and can work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-based environment; is approachable, empathetic and outgoing; can quickly gain trust and respect; and is able to establish and maintain relationships.
