We boast a strong network of contacts throughout industry in both national and international arenas, with strong links with product manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and sales specialists.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Mechanical Engineer\n\nLocation: Ikoyi, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nResponsibilities for Mechanical Engineer\n\nAnalyze the test results and change the design as needed\nDevelop and test prototypes of devices they design\nAnalyze, discuss and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers\nImprove production processes, and planning and supervising the installation of machinery and parts in line with design plans and timescales\nPerform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)\nDesign or redesign mechanical and thermal devices using analysis and computer-aided design\nDesign and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability\nOversee the manufacturing process for the device\n\nQualifications for Mechanical Engineer\n\nSolid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.\nStrong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and drafting procedures\nHands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)\nStrong creativity and analytical skills\n8+ years' project management experience\nExcellent prioritization and project development skills\n5+ years' experience in an Oil and Gas Mechanical Engineer role.\nAbility to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner\n\nSalary\n\nN750,000 -
