This role combines advanced manual welding, machining support, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality output in a regulated manufacturing environment.\nPerform manual MIG and TIG welding to manufacture parts to specification\nOperate and support fabrication equipment, including robotic welding (Level 2) and CNC processes\nSet up and run production while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards\nRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to produce and repair parts\nConduct inspections using calipers, angle gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools\nTroubleshoot equipment, process issues, and part defects to minimize downtime\nPerform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and minor equipment repairs\nEnsure compliance with Stryker Quality Systems (QSR/ISO), policies, and production goals\nMaintain accurate documentation and record-keeping in line with company standards\nSupport and lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities\nPromote a positive team environment, accountability, and adherence to 6S standards\nWhat You Need:\nRequired\nMinimum of two (2) years of welding, machining, or fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment\nHands on experience with MIG and TIG welding\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings\nPreferred\nQuality training, including visual inspection of welds, incoming part quality, gage plan completion\nAbility to use height stand, calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring system, and other inspection equipment to inspect work pieces\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to frequently lift 10-50 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs\nAbility to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive movements\nStrong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination\n$30.25\nTravel Percentage: NoneStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
